Mr. Bright and his crew came to my house to replace my asphalt roof. Well it looked like he did a good job on the new roof then we had a heavy rain storm and we ended up with a leak. The water ran down the raftors and came through our ceiling in the kitchen. Needless to say our ceiling was stained. We called Mr. Bright and he said he did not chalk around something. He came out and chalked and I asked him if he wanted to come look at the ceiling and he said no. I figured he would look at it to see what he needed to do to fix the ceiling. He just told me to go get a can of Kilz Up shot and that would cover the stain. Then he had the nerve to said to me that the case of chalk to fix the roof cost $65.00. Mr. Brights crew use a lull to get the shingles up on the roof and the ground was very wet and he put deep track marks in the yard. At one point they even got the lull stuck and had to have a farm tractor come in and pull the lull out. Mr Bright brought out some sand and put it in some of the tire track. My yard is a mess. If you want a good looking roof he be great but if you want your yard to stay in good shape he is not the right one. My yard is still a mess. For the amount of money ($10,000.00) I paid for the new roof you would think a contractor would be concerned about the overall end of the job and the happiness of the client.
