I received bad customer service from Perry Glass. I had called them to see if they could replace a broken pane of glass in a door. I was told by the person I was speaking on the phone with that I would be called by a Service Technician to set up a visit and repair in a little while. Well, this "Little While" became a few days later. I was disappointed with the customer service. If I'm told that someone will call me in a little while, I expect that someone will call in a little while and not a few days later. I guess Perry Glass doesn't need the business.
