Be warned - this business does not honor warranty from the manufacturer. I booked my machine in for warranty work, they had it for a week then decided they didn't want to carry out the repairs. I had to contact the manufacturer to sort out the mess they left. The odd thing is that I would have taken my machine in for regular servicing, but I've now found a proper dealer that will honor the manufacturer's product. Very unprofessional. You've got to know that it takes 3 or 4 hours to pull the fairings off of a Gold Wing to really get to the troubleshooting on the bike. Most of the bikes that come into the shop at Triangle suffer from the stupid things that people do to their bikes. OK so I was riding around for a bit and stopped for a break at 4PM on a Saturday afternoon. I stopped for a break and then went to cranker back up and ... nothing. I made some Calls and Oneal @Triangle answered the phone. He was very helpful and eventually agreed to come out and pick me up @ 5pm on a Saturday afternoon. Once my bike was in the shop There was some miscommunication and then at times I was unable to acertain the status of my bike all together. I was told they were simply to busy to talk. I wasn't gonna drive 60 miles to check so I called back some days later and was told the same thing. I know Goldwings are a pain, and it takes time to tear down the fairings etc... But communication regarding expected delays in diagnosis etc... would have made my experience a great deal more favorable. Once there was good communication and an understanding of what to expect I was happy. ...read more
