I would give minus stars if possible. They have the rudest staff I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Their technical support people are technologically challenged. They will lie to you in order to run up your phone bill they will then refuse to achnowledge any responsibility for it. This is quite possibly the nations worst company!!!!!!!! ...read more

Mark - I so agree with you! I have a friend with ATandT who came for a visit and he is appalled at what Citizens is doing! The service is horrid and the prices are outrageous. I never would have thought in the 21st century we would be dealing with such an arcahic company. The only thing they are after is money. They don't care in the least about customer service. Now that we have better cell service in our area I am thinking about cutting them our completely. I will use satalite service for my internet ... thru Hughes net just to keep Citizens from getting my money. I don't think there is a more HATED company in Brevard! ...read more
