Customer service for this store is horrible. Kim the sales associate is so rude and hateful!! ASK about the refund/exchange poicy of this store BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE or you will be out money. If I were the owner she would have been fired along time back being rude to customers is costing the owner Vicki money She even calls the mall security and cops--talk about embarrassing and good customer service. She even lied to us about the store owner and when we could get in touch with her. Apparently she has been this way for over a year looking at other reviews on the google serch site ...read more
