Wife was home but I talked to the technician. He tells me that he thinks the dishwasher is leaking. I ask him to check it. He tells my wife differently and ends up cutting holes in my walls and then finally checking the dishwasher in an apparent attempt to overbill my wife for plumbing services we didn't need. He doesn't review the price or the necessity of cutting holes in the ceiling with me. He bills my wife $400 for dye tests, cuts holes in the walls etc for an apparent leak he suspected was coming from the dishwasher the whole time. It is extremely unprofessional to tell someone a check is needed when it clearly isn't just to run up a bill. Now I am left cleaning up his mess and out unnecessary funds.
