Hours online and printed on the door at the location say "Sunday 12-5." We showed up at 130 and they were closed. Door locked. Open sign off. No one around to answer our knocks. I called the phone number and their lovely voicemail says hours "Sunday 12-5." We were taking my newphew there for his birthday. He was super excited. =( highly unprofessional and disappointing. Warning to anyone thinking about spending money here. They haven't required a receipt or phone number to pick up a piece, and have willingly handed out pieces of art completed before. I went in there for a birthday and painted a bowl, returned a week alter (1 week before you get your piece after painting) and they claimed someone had come in to pick it up for me when I said I'd be back Thursday for it. Left and came back a few hours later and asked for a refund, got told that it had to happen through mail (never did, they took my address) and the cashier's lie got more elaborate every time she told it (knew my name suddenly, knew me, knew the design, etc) when I know no one in this town. Never EVER saw my bowl OR a refund. Paint at own risk! ...read more
