You have some nice people on your registers but management is at fault for their poor training. One did not even know what celery was when looking at it. Another could not find 5 different product codes. You need to train them better and TEST them like Whole Foods so they know what they are doing when they are serving the public. ...read more

4910 I-55 North Location In Jackson, Ms 1/25/11 8:53pm As was I was leaving your store after making a purchase, I was encountered by three Hinds Couny officers ( can describe if needed ) and they accused me of smoking marijuana. After making a big scene and searching my pockets and not finding anything I felt humiliated. I don't think any customer should be treated like that and they give Kroger a bad name. ...read more
