Rachel was great when she introduced me to the property and was able to work with us to find a good move in date. The location is perfect, easy to get to downtown Clayton, the Loop and Chesterfield area. There were some small issues when we moved in as the unit was just recently updated, but they were all fixed within 24 hours. Broad Management has made living at Hampton Park Apartments a nice experience, they address every issue with urgency. This is an old building, so there are some issues but once I notify the office with my issues they respond without hesitation, even if my issue is in the middle of the night, they have someone on call that will address your problem. I've been here for 5 years and I have no plans of moving anytime soon. ...read more
