I got word about catering with Hanlen's years ago for business lunches, like physicians offices or business meetings....day or evening. The food is high quality, with amazing BBQ offerings, fantastic salads, and killer deserts. Make sure you give the catering folks good directions or instructions for some office deliveries, but beside that, the food will speak for itself. Whether its finger sandwiches, or buffet style with smoked meats, the taste is really good. I continue to use Hanlen's for most of my catering needs here in St. Louis. When you get to the counter and make your choice of any of their spectacular cuts of beef, make sure to get it "Seasoned" ! They put a magic combination of oils and spices inside with your steak, that produces the most flavorful meat you could want to grill and eat. We have been getting steaks for a 3 day Spring Float Trip from Hanlen's for over 20 years now, which is always the highlight of the trip on Saturday night.
