In forty years of investing and selling real estate, have I encountered such racist and illegal conduct on the part of Flordell Hills, Missouri City Officials. If you are a person of color, you encounter almost insurmountable obstacles from City Officials in getting anything done, occupancy permits, false and bogus liens, bills, attached to your property to prevent sale. Even though Flordell Hills, Missouri is a diverse community, go by on the first Monday of each month to Municipal Court, all you see are African American Citizens being charged and fined. ...read more

Excellent location right in the heart of beautiful downtown Clayton. Easily accessible by public transportation (by the way, ST.L.Co.P.D. police cars have excellent leg room in the back seat). Excellent staff who remember your name each time you come back. They always do their best to make you feel welcome. The presentation upon arrival meets and exceeds that of all other similar facilities I have ever experienced. The accommodations were more clean and spacious other places I've stayed in the past. No detail is too small to be overlooked. Cannot say enough good things about my recent stay from the location, the views, the other guests, the dining fare... everything met and even exceeded my expectations. Even though I am a frequent guest, I always look forward to my stays. Will return again and again. ...read more
