Don't choose PRO 100 or Joyce Leggitt. My Mom is a 3x repeat customer & you would think she would get excellent service. Joyce lied about the exterminator being done, inspector wasn't called until 30 min before she got there. Was supposed to set mom up in Hotel that would take pets but never called her back or return mom's calls. Mom had utilities turned over in her name 2 dys after she closed on last home cuz was supposed to close then. She saved Joyce over $1500 in Hotel bills but she still paying rent & Joyce better reimburse her. Mom is now looking for another place to live since not guarantee close on 4/13 since ext ended 4/9. She will not go thru PRO 100 or Joyce!! Everyone out there be warned!! ...read more
