Re Guarding, Mr. Randy Potter of Potter Transport of Boonville, MO 65233 U.S.A. I worked there and have never seen or heard of Potter Transport giving a favorable report on a former driver. Does he never hire a good driver ? Or, is there some other reason for this. I have seen and heard of many driver's report from drivers who worked there at Potter Transport and the data Randy's staff gave to DAC show them not elidgable for re hire. I think that he abuses DAC in an effort to keep his thumb of power over and upon former employees. The loophole that allows him to do this is probably the 10 year work history not on file.....per D.O.T. rules ... Persons without 10 years work history on file with a company may not be hired....Hence cannot be re hired. Legal, maybe, but shady, and underhanded. ...read more
