I would not even give it one star! I assume my previous e-mail did not clear. We have eaten at the Shakopee Grill and Chill DQ NUMEROUS times. Many times ordering the chicken fingers basket. The gravy was always good, the bread toasted, the chicken flavorful. This past time, the gravy was like water, the toast not really toasted (took it back and was told "oh, it's cold," brought back almost as before. One piece of the chicken was dark and tasted awful. One young employee was near our booth and we complained about the watery gravy and he said "it depends on who makes it." Whoever it was must have just added water to make MORE. We were friendly with several previous managers and I KNOW they would have made this right. This is a convenient place, near Walmart where we often shop, but we won't be going there if this is the new managements way of handling things. Have gotten this meal NUMEROUS times at Shakopee G&Chill. Last week the cream gravy was like water, one of the chicken strips was dark and had off flavor and toast was not toasted. Complained and they said "it depends on who makes the gravy" We returned the bread and they said "oh, it is cold" and returned it, still not toasted brown as it had been on previous occasions.. You need to teach them how to make gravy and make toasted toast. This was the first time the chicken was not up to par as well. Usually if a meal is not up to par, it will be replaced. We have always had a good report with the mgrs at this store, do not know who is there now, but you need to change cooks or we won't be back to our favorite fast food place. ...read more
