I wanted to trade in a defective Cable box. Good luck getting that solved at this location. At 1 pm folks were 9 deep. Hey, it's not like folks are paying $1K per year for their service. Make a Comcast tech come out to do it. Nothing is easy with this P.O.S. company. ...read more
