I was an exhibitor at the Mall for the annual Home show in March on the north end by JCP. As there was construction going on, you could feel so much cold (they vented cold air in from the new space with construction going on), my hands were freezing and exhibitors were wearing winter coats in their booth....in their own booths in the mall.The manager was unapologetic and snarky, and walked away from us when confronted.This is the biggest show for attendance, and she and her team deserved to treat exhibitors and customers better. Many customers complained about the cold as well. The radio station in vain tried to get them to work with the exhibitors, and they treated us dispicably.I think this mall needs a management attitude adjustment at the least, or to be fired at the most. ...read more

Called to get some food today. The woman I talked to would not even listen to my story and practically hung up on me. They are only open til 3pm. and I have no transportation until 5pm. I don't have the money to take the Martin co. express.My husband and I are going through a rough spot right now. I was recently released from the hospital and had had a heart attack and acute kidney failore resulting from the stress a serious cdiff infection and have been recovering at home. To make matters worse we have a $500.00 a month garnishment that will last though Dec.and into Jan. I have given to the Salvation Army in the past and when I desperately need help thet say they can not help. We will literally have no food in the house by the end of this week. I hope when this rude woman sits down to her meals this week she thinks of my situation and how she would feel if she were treated the same as she treated me. ...read more
