This is a VERY DISHONEST car repair business. The owner will quote one estimated price and always well exceed it. They had my car for 2 1/2 weeks and didn't fix anything. Yet they were able to bill me a lot of money for not fixing it. They handled it wrong and was not at all professional in the manner they spoke to me. He was smug about telling me how much it cost me for him not to repair it. He even had the nerve to say that he could charge me more if I wanted him too. It's all a sham - this is a business of GREED and DISHONESTY. Take your hard-earned money elsewhere when in need of car repairs. ...read more

I have been using Fenkell Automotive Services for all my auto needs for almost 20 years. They even do tires and glass. I currently have to drive cross town just to get the they're Warren Center, but it is well worth it cuz dealing with them is kinda like having a built-in insurance policy that the repair will be done right and the car returned in better condition than when you dropped it off. They also have a lifetime oil change program that only costs $225.00 and includes oil changes, tire rotations, windshield repairs, and tire repairs for the life of your car. I could go on & on & on with accolades.....but really ,,,,try them out, you'll keep going back. Free coffee and decaf and microwave popcorn too.
