We booked a condo for the month of August 2012 with this company on line from our home in Florida .We confirmed the reservation by phone and received an email confirmation. The company charged our credit card $1700 in May. As we were pulling into Traverse City on July 31st, I received an email "RESERVATION CANCELED" . That was all it said. We tried to contact the office as well as its owner, Lori Fisher, consistently for 24 hours and finally went to her office. The receptionist said Lori was out of town and the condo had been rented and that we could not stay in the office and that she needed to leave for lunch. ..,...she handed us a paper stating a refund minus a $40 cancellation fee.jQuery17109746920166988513_1348088245515???????????? ...read more
