WORST “business professionals” I have EVER met! They’re lack of professionalism was like nothing I have ever experienced before. I was greeted by a younger guy who was IMMEDIATLY rude and condescending. He then proceeded to keep badgering me while also making rude condescending snide comments at me until I asked if he was the manager or owner. He then, realized he had lost in his little power trip and refused to appologize. I was involved in an accident at 12 mile rd / telegraph. I was told my car was not drivable by the police officer and they would send a wrecker. After 15 minutes i was towed to a nearby parking lot. I asked how much due I owe for the service? $45.00 Tow truck driver asked me if i someone coming to change my tire. I did not. He changed for me for free and I was on my way.
