One example of our great customer service was when last Christmas Eve Curt sold an amp to a customer who was buying it for his son's Christmas gift. The customer called an left a message on our voice mail, but Curt had already closed for the evening. Fortunately, Curt had to come back to the store for something he had forgotton, thought to check the voice mail, called the customer, took his address and delivered the cord to him personnally.
