i HAD PURCHASED SEVERAL VACUUMS FROM THE BIG BOX STORES AND THEY WOULD NOT LAST MORE THAN A YEAR OR TWO. I TOOK THE LAST ONE (A DYSON) INTO THE NOVI LOCATION FOR REPAIRS. AFTER THE GENTLEMAN INQUIRED ABOUT MT PROBLEM HE AKSED A FEW SIMPLE QUESTIONS ABOUT MY SITUATION i ALWAYS THOUGH A VACUUM WAS A VACUUM. BUT IT TURNS OUT THAT WHEN YOU HAVE 3200 SQ FT TO VACUUM 2 TIMES A WEEK A INEXPENSIVE MACHINE WILL NOT LAST. AND BAGLESS WAS NOT A GOOD CHOICE BECAUSE I LIVE OFF A DIRT ROAD. I WAS SHOWN A VACUUM THAT WAS DESIGNED TO DO WHAT I NEEDED , HOW IT WORKED, HOW TO MAINTAIN, AND WHEN TO SERVICE MACHINE. ALL THE THINGS YOU NEVER LEARN AT THE OTHER STORES. I HAVE SPENT OVER $1000 IN VACUUMS IN THE LAST 6 YEARS. IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF A VACUUM I HIGHLY RECOMMED GOING TO SEE THEM THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND UNDERSTANDING AND HELPFUL SHOWING YOU THE BEST VAC FOR YOUR NEEDS AT A PRICE YOU WANT TO PAY. ...read more
