I own a Motorcycle repair shop and place an order(FOR A CUSTOMER'S BIKE) on a Monday, got an EMAILED Response on Friday evening that the item was on BACKORDER. I IMMEDIATELY EMAILED back(SInce there is "ALWAYS" multiple people in front of your call and the number isn't a 1800 so they rake you for the call as well) with No Response. TWICE!!!! After multiple no responses I called the place again and waited after 15 PEOPLE to get another person telling me an item (WHICH WASN'T LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE AS BACKORDER- talking to my Lawyer on this FALSE ADVERTISING to the public for profit) is on backorder again. I asked for a REFUND and she told me "I COULDN'T GET A REFUND IF I DIDN'T FIND THE PART ELSEWHERE!" REALLY???? My Own Customer found the part CHEAPER than this place and FASTER. Now I LOST A customer and have to WAIT 2-7 BUSINESS DAYS to RETURN HIS MONEY because that's How Babbitt's Do Business!!! Incorrect Part Arrived after waiting 15 days. Was told to place package outside for return shipment the next day. Four days after putting the package outside and bringing in it back in each day, I called once again 8th in the que. Took pictures and sent incorrect part to customer service. 30 days later, three phone calls (10 minutes on hold each) I still don't have the part. The $20 savings sure isn't worth the hassle. Absolutely Horrible. Order Locally, spend a few dollars more, and don't deal with on online "phone bank" I did not order online for the price savings I ordered for convenience. That did not work. Ordered parts online, received confirmation of order and my credit card was charged. Several days later I recieve a notice the charge was to be refunded back to my credit card with no explination. Went online to my account and sure enough order was canceled. No explination given, called them directly and waited 30 min for an agent and it turns out they did not have the parts. Most companies won't mislead you by allowing you to order a part, then charge you for it to only then check to see if they could fill the order.
