- 8/10/11 11 a.m. They Called sheriff- who told me acting manager "Megan" called them- When they made her come out to apologize she gave me excuses, Its' "policy" , supposedly, another customer informed them I put "something" in my purse- & she had to do it- The other management has been just as STUPID. Should be NO stars- These girls think they are in the "right" to accuse AND call the police because I went in the outside pocket of my purse- They SAY another shopper alerted them I put cosmetics in my purse- They NEVER came up w/ that person. I let the 4 policemen search everything on me- The officers said the store called AND they have to follow up. I was wearing an orange t-shirt & limping due to a foot injury & I am HONEST! This happened @ 11am, BY 4pm - since NO ONE had gotten back w/ me- (but the Manager DID take lunch-) I stopped back- I called ahead & asked the girl who did this to publicly apologies- They made me wait AND still made excuses- refused to take responsibility for their error & acted like I had no right to be upset. I returned all my items- They did a dumb thing and cannot "see" that is unacceptable. Even their loss prevention tried to weasel out taking responsibility.
