I have shopped here several times before with no trouble, but today I was getting some Christmas gifts and was suddenly told that I had to provide my telephone number and email address in order to buy anything. Nobody in front of me had to do that, and I was the only black woman there, so I can only assume they don't want black customers. I had over $500 worth of stuff in my cart, and I just left it there. A store like that should not be allowed to operate! It is disgusting and wrong, and illegal! If I had not been so shocked I would have taken names of witnesses and called the cops on them, but I was just so angry that I wanted to leave before I did something really foolish. ...read more

Love this store! My experience is alway great. The clerks are always helpful with my needs. They have great suggestions along with great fabric and notions for all my sewing projects. They can special order lots of different fabrics and trims. When my daughter got married, I purchased fabric for the wedding and got great service - even when one of the fabrics I chose was backordered, they kept me informed about my order.
