I bought my home from John 17 years ago. My dad told him what I wanted and John found several homes for us to look at. He did not waste our time in trying to get us to go higher or settle for less. He was available whenever we needed him He expidited the sale and when the bank wanted to give us some trouble about the check my dad had. John took out his check book and said I will cover them. Well needless to say the bank took my dad's check and we got the house. It has been a great house and community to live in. Thansk so much John. Oh, I must add that over and through the years I or my dad has had real estate or city questions and John has always taken the time to tell us the information and give thoughtful advice.
