My 14 year old nephew bought a game from this place with a $30 gift card he received for Christmas. He decided to return the game because it was poor quality. Instead of refunding the full amount on his gift card they gave him $2.50 for a used game. When he realized what they did he simply asked them to just cancel the transaction and to keep the game.
