Our original website suffered from performance and usability issues, was not able to updated by our team, and didn’t match the look and feel of our restaurant. Motor City Mobility designed us a much more user friendly website. It loads quickly, is easy to manage and has some pretty cool functionality; my favorite being the featured dish widget on the homepage that changes based on time of day. We had a great experience working with MCM and Cam Cecchini. He was great at listening to what we needed and wanted for our new website and then giving us options based on his knowledge and expertise. Our owners are often hesitant on things they perceive as “extra”. But without direction or guidelines they quickly realized we’d be kicking our tires when it came to our new website. Discovery provided us with objective, outside perspective that made us aware of our own inner-workings and got us really thinking about things from our customers boots. The structure and organization of our new website has been based mainly on our Discovery and would’ve been lacking otherwise. Cam provided the guidance, structure, and finesse that we needed to move forward with our revamped website. He was an active listener, and strove to understand two businesses that were previously foreign to him. He answered the challenge of producing a dual business website. His team designed our contemporary, yet classic, new logo. When looking at updating our website and overall internet presence we wanted a fresh start and some forward thinking. We got both and then some when we started working with Cam and Motor City Mobility. From the very first meeting Cam got a feel for what we were looking for and lead us right to our goal. We now have a fresh look that is unprecedented in our industry. The website is built on a platform that gives us the level of control we were hoping for while providing the groundwork for us to build on as we grow.
