Have called and been redirected...have called and gotten "offices now closed" during right office hours....have not received our city tax refund yet...they screw with it every year....you cant get right answer even if you are 'fortunate' enough to talk with someone... How are they allowed to get away with this....i want our money and the interest that per law, we are entitled to...lazy butt people/office....i'm sure their all good though!!! ...read more

My Detroit income tax refund check bounced so I called to see why. After being on hold for almost an hour, and being told that my call would be taken in the order received, I was told that all agents were busy and i would have to call again later.
