Was promised they would order a part and when we went in there to pick it up they "forgot " to order it and said they would do it today. Well We couldn't afford another day of missed work! They never said sorry or offered to try to help find us a part for today! They have poor customer service and I will make sure everyone I know does not use this supply store. I had received 4 free oil changes for having a Pontiac car. I had taken it to Jim Waldron for my first of 4 and unfortunately they left the drain plug undone about a 1/4 turn causing oil to leak out. I spoke with their service manager regarding this and he just said that he'd love for me to come and get my other oil changes there, unfortunately that will not happen. ...read more

I drove from E. TN to Davison to purchase a GMC Sierra 3500. Considering the long misreable trip the dealership made the transaction a wonderful experience! There was no waiting, and the paper work exactly as stated! I was back on the road to TN with my Vehicle in record time!
