I do feel like the doctors are very good. But the receptionist are very rude they act like they are annoying when waiting on a customer and that they don't want to provide any service. I have been going to Sears Optical in Battle Creek, MI for years and the service that I have received from them is unparalleled to any other optical store in the state. They happily replace my nose pads and give me adjustments on my glasses for free. They are also not afraid to engage me in friendly conversations. They doctor is very thorough and does all he can to help fit your needs. Their prices are also some of the best in the area too, and even if they were extremely expensive I would still give them my business. ...read more
