I was excited when I found this business as its location is much more convenient for me than the actual post office. However, I found out the hard way that the convenience is not worth it! I sent a package overnight and was "guaranteed" it would arrive the next day by 3pm. The package did not show up for 2 days because the employee did not process it properly with the US postal service. Not only did my package not arrive on time but employees at the Mail Shop were unhelpful and refused to refund any of the money I paid for a service that I did not receive. ...read more
