I live in Florida and we have received nothing but the best tasting products from Maine Lobster Direct. My mom lives in NH and I sent her lobsters last Christmas but due to a problem with FEDEX she did not received the package. I called the day after Christmas and got an immediate response and a new order was sent immediately. They even added an extra item to make up for the mishap.
