What ever happened to customer service?
Maybe it's just me but I find dealing with businesses more daunting everyday, the people are rude, they don't want to help you. It's like their doing you a favor. I started my business over 20 years ago because I knew I could offer clients better service after all that's what their paying for.My job means more to me than just getting in my eight hours and screw it,it looks good to me,who cares.I've noticed alot of contractors don't really care about licensing or continuing education. Most employees that do the work at your home or business won't have a master's or journeyman's license.A master electrician will definitely do a much better job than a five year man. I don't know why people would pay a company for such service,it's usually the same price. When you call for service make sure to have licensed employees working for you,not the company but the actual person doing the work,ask them to show it to you. There is an incredible difference. Longevity isn't a coincidence or luck, it takes alot to run a small business,expect better. I'm not claiming to be the best by any means, I'm just saying I work extra hard making sure the client is satisfied even the ones where you just want to walk away and count your losses. ...read more
