This was by far the worst experience we have had with a rehab. The project, a complete home renovation, began in late October 2015, and was supposed to be completed by mid-January 2016. In late April 2016, after three months delay, lies about plumbing and electrical inspections, sub-par work, and a host of excuses, we terminated the contract and found another company to complete the renovations. The new contractor had to re-do much of the sub-par work of Superior Solutions by Design, Inc. I would give them 1/2 star if I could. Please stay away from this company. ...read more

John Hall used to be doing business in silver spring where he was fined by the county home improvement commission more than once for NO Warrantee work and very poor work including work without county permits and numerous other home improvement violations. John Hall cuts expenses and leaves the homeowner with a job that fails in months not years. Siding with NO insulation under it is just paint and shotty roofing materials that are very thin leavening a nice look but NOT even a fair roofing job at best.
