Josh is the best insurance agent that I have ever known (and I'm 42!). He is proactive, dedicated, and tenacious! He'll call you until you come in to review your polices. it's a good thing he does too, because when you need him... you'll know him, and he'll know you! (and the claim will be easy!). Last year, when the hurricane blew through Southern MD, Josh was there, and getting my roof fixed was easy!. This year, when my kitchen floor was damaged by water, it again was easy...
