Once I have bought patio ferniture, I got delivered defected items that needed to be exchange after week...twice. After a few months it happen again and they want to charge me for pick up defected furniture. Please review store policy before decide to buy anything at Offenbachers. You might not want to shop there after this lecture. Offenbachers do not guarranty good quality and customer service do not care whether you have a problems with purchased item.
