The average sales price of a Harford County home in April, was $254,610 up only .17% from the same time last year. Home sales and contracts is where we see the biggest jump with 248 home sales in April, up 43% from April of 2014! Along the same page, new homes under contract came in at 228, up over 43% from 2014.
