Awful Experience
Based on my recent experience, Mattress Warehouse in Gambrills should be avoided. They do not have good customer service and according to their sales associate Robyn Williams they have no way of tracking your mattress and cannot guarantee a delivery time or date. As a result of my experience with sales associate Robyn Williams and her lack of professionalism, and their ridiculous refund/exchange policy, I will never do business with them again. With this review I hope to prevent others from enduring the same treatment I have received.
