Marshalls

I lived in the neigborhood for a longer before marshalls openned. I've only been to that place, on the first time, I had a bad experience with the workes there and I decided not to to go back.Years past and I said to myself maybe I'll give it a try again.
Today, my son and I stopped by and found out that that place is even worse than I thought. That was a ZOO. and the workers, OMG. rudeand hardly spoke english or spoke with a havy Russian accent. These workers had no training what so .ever.
Now I swore to never step in that place again and I always keep my promisses.

I hope that I am reaching the correct department. I live in the town of Kearny, NJ. There has been a Marshalls store here for over 4-5 yrs now. I need to voice my concern about the overall appearance of this store. I have not been in this store for a few months now. This store is and always has been in a dire mess. This is the main reason why I have chosen not to shop there in a very long time. This store has promise but only if the store mgr and staff clean up the store after closing time. I wanted to buy a pair of shoes and there was no price and no one was able to help me. Someone from coorporate needs to show up on an unannounce visit to evaluate this issue. The dissaray of this store does not represent the good name of Marshalls. I do understand that like most businesses the store may be under staff, but the store manager(s) should take pride in what they are being paid to do. TY
