The absolute worst consumer experience of my life! Having logged the wrong pickup date on the manifest, the workers arrived in the middle of my 3 year old's party to pick up the moonbounce. Despite the obvious misunderstanding, and countless pleas to stick to the planned pickup day, the owner instructed the workers to haul the moonbounce away. In fact, they made such a scene they had to be escorted off the property by my local police department with all the young children watching on. We had a very bad experience with Mike's Moonwalk Rentals. First of all they showed up an hour later than they told us they would to set up the moonwalk and after telling us we would have the moonwalk for 24 hours they showed up the same evening to take the moonwalk, chairs and tables we had rented for our party away. After several phone conversations it was apparent Mike was not going to send the people he hired back home, because he did not want to pay them again to return the next day.
