Per my kids' request, I stopped by to order two number 9 combos late this afternoon( 7/21/08 @ 5:30pm) from your take out. Realizing a few minutes later that the second bag given to me was from the next car's order, I drove back to return it right away to the female take out person. She gave me a very mean look, gruffly pulled the bag and said "the bag is back". Another staff member in yellow(? shift supervisor) kept profusely apologizing as she saw I was visibly upset. The female take out staff continued to give me glaring looks nevertheless. I have no desire, whatsoever, to be given free coupons from Wendy's for reporting this and only bring this issue up as a LEARNING LESSON for your staff, especially the younger ones who may not be getting adequate supervision. ...read more
