New ownership (formerly CQI Day Spa in Cambridge), this place is the worst place ever. The owner made it clear that Groupon holders were not welcome; wouldn't honor the manicure part of our manicure/pedicure deals because we were 15 minutes late - even though there were absolutely no other customers in the store. (We were late, btw, because of the change in location from Camb to Saugus. Were told it was "10 minutes from the old place." Not true.) I ve been going to Inspiritu for a bout 5 years now and love it. I was refered there by a friend andI left my Newbery st hair salon in Boston to continue comming here .I have moved away out of state many times and when visiting Boston I make it a point to come back to this salon juts to have a proper style. Nothing fancy, just great conversation, friendly enviroment, and one heck of a cut and color! You can relax, have fun and feel comfortable. The owner makes it a point to get your hair the way you want it even if it means staying late. I would recomend this salon to anyone looking for a fresh great look! ...read more

This was the worst salon I have ever visited and the spa pedicure I received was AWFUL to put it nicely!! Products used on me for the 'spa pedicure' were Mary Kay and Bath & Body Works! The young girl doing my pedicure trimmed my toenails, but never filed them down; didn't scrub the dead skin off my heels; smudged my polish and then to 'fix' them she just painted over them so they looked even worse; and I was there for well over an hour & it cost $40.00 for a spa pedicure that I could have done better myself!!! The salon itself is a total dump and there's literally holes in the wall, old pictures, and just junk everywhere! I will pay $40+ for my pedicures, but I receive actual spa pedicures that leave my feet feeling beautiful and pampered and I don't have to go home and re-do them myself.
