Ok, I've seen some things around the holiday season but this one is the top ten, for sure. It was Friday, Christmas Eve approximately 5:30pm. Some man came in to exchange a gift for his little girl. He bought the wrong one apparently. Well, this man tried so hard to reason with this particular 'manager' & this guy wasn't having it NO WAY NO HOW!! I mean, he was REALLY LOUD!! I couldn't see what all the fuss was about. I mean, he had proof he bought it so just *Let the man exchange it. This 'Mr Diante' was getting really heated & started YELLING at this customer who just wanted to get the right toy for his little girl. I was in SHOCK! WHY he would NOT let him exchange it...I have NO IDEA. I mean, as a manager, you'd think he'd try to please the customer esp seeing it was Christmas Eve! The customer told him his little girl was crying...he didn't care! He started to shout angrily at the customer & [get this] TOLD HIM TO LEAVE THE STORE!! ACTUALLY KICKED HIM OUT!! Can you believe that?? What a jerk! I can see by the review above me, I guess this is the way they do things at this store. Not only do they allow NO EXCHANGES but if you dissagree,they THROW you OUT of the STORE! UNBELIEABLE & very bad for buisness, I imagine. Have to admit, haven't seen anything like this in a long time. Needed to find something but was *TOTALLY distacted by watching the staff interact with each other. Was very clear to me that there is absolutely NO cooperation or respect in this store. Had the horror of watching a 'Mr Diante' head mangr yell at the staff loudly right in front of the customers! For some minor infraction.'I'M GOING TO WRITE YOU UP FOR THESE TAGS!! I'M GOING TO DO WHATEVER I CAN TO FIRE YOU!! Very frightening to listen to & NOT proffesional at all! I felt sorry for the stock girl & wished I could have helped her!! It was very upsetting. Totally forgot what I came in there for! Actually brought back memories of being bullied years ago in school! I wanted to TELL this guy OFF so bad!!! but didn't want to make things WORSE for the poor stock girl or the rest of the staff. Who knows how long these poor people had had to deal with this loud mouthed jerk!! Was ITCHING to create a scene of my own but finally decided it wasn't worth it.
