"Mon'ey", the hair stylist, did not cut my hair uniformly. He eyeballed it and did not use layering techniques to establish a shaped haircut. The result was an uneven haircut that he continued to cut shorter and shorter on each side to remedy. The result was that the haircut is VERY visibly uneven. I relied on the expertise of a professional to do a professional job. Instead the stylist used shortcut techniques. Additionally, he blamed me for the poor haircut. Very unprofessional. Lastly, and most importantly, the hairstylist charged me an arbitrary amount for the cut based on the length of time he took to perform the service, not based on the service performed. "Mon'ey" didn't refund my money as I asked but he did refund the tip which I appreciate. Please find a hairdresser that knows how to cut hair properly and professionally. I would like to tell the Salon that a skilled haircut is important, for many reasons. That their work should be done as professionally as possible. That shortcuts have poor outcomes and that there are consequences for poor quality work in ways they, the Salon and stylist, don't understand. ...read more
