We had a great experience in the beginning. But a year later one of our cabinets started falling off the wall. It turns out our designer wasn't paying attention when she designed the cabinet to attach on one wall and hang out about 2 feet over the counter. We called DBS and they said they would fix it, which is great...but then they ordered the wrong cabinet again and we didn't hear from them for another 2 months. Then they scheduled the installation and canceled the day before. They have again rescheduled and i'm honestly not convinced at this point that it will ever get fixed. They don't seem very organized or very interested in making us happy. ...read more
