We purchased 2 tubs that were in stock. When they were delivered, both of the tubs were cracked. We then waited another 4 weeks until they were 'being made and are currently in the cooling stage ' as their service representatives said. When they were delivered again, to our surprise they were CRACKED again. The timeline on when the products will be delivered is unrealistic and always resulted in defective merchandise.
