I personally have been an ASE L1 Certified Master Technician for 10 years and work at another shop, my new toyota is under warranty. I purchased my car at Boch South so I figured I would give them the work when it broke. Well BIG Mistake! They replaced the alternator that was making noise but in the process their technician broke another part through carelessness and inexperience. Although the car was under warranty and it did not cost me anything, the service advisor was not concerned at all that I would be without my car for a second whole day. When i called them out on the broken part I was told "your not a toyota technician so theres no way you can know what your talking about". I will never deal with this stealership again. My car was started sputtering and wasn't running right at all. This was the nearest shop so i stopped in to see if they could help me. When the guy came out to talk to me he told me that my flashing check engine light was bad and could cause damage to some expensive parts if its not fixed soon. they seemed very busy when i got their and the guy said it would be a little while until they could get it into the shop. I had things to do I couldnt be stuck here. I told the guy that I had to get home to meet the school bus and I couldnt. this is the best part, he offered to give me a ride home. i didnt even have to ask. about an hour later they called and explained what was wrong with my car. apparently a coil went bad. he also told me that my car was overdue to have its spark plugs replaced, which i already knew because the toyota dealer wanted lots of money to replace them. but, they wanted half the price. a couple hours later they called and told me it was done. they came to pick me up in my own car, I drove it back and no problems at all.
