I did not know that 5 stars are given when you write a review, and that you have to delete them to not have it rated 5 stars, so this is to tell anyone seeking information on this hair salon that they warrant NEGATIVE stars on everything from customer service, satisfaction, hair product knowledge and anything to do with your hair - - - and I had the owner!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's going on weeks since first trying to resolve this matter, and I'm flabbergasted that not only does the owner not want to insure customer satisfaction, but is actually outright rude to them, (as another commenter below indicates as well). And then she tries to blow them off without any attempt to resolve matters. Never had a worse experience at a hair salon in my life, and I've been going for decades. In fact, I can honestly say this is the ONLY time I've had any problem with a hair salon, in decades of going to them. Could go into the gory details but what does it matter? Not happy, call owner to discuss, she hangs up on you saying she will refund money rather than trying to make customer happy or work things out. Then she sends less than half what you paid!!! Call to discuss further, never returns call, so you stop in to try and resolve, and it gets worse. I had pretty much given up on local jewelry stores, some quality issues and customer service issues when it came to the more 'mundane' items like repairs, watch batteries. We are near downtown enough to be easily found, but plenty of parking out front unlike the downtown area. We are at the corner of Rt. 1 and High St. across from St. Pauls church.
