It was my biggest mistake to get my taxes done in this office. The owner of the franchise (Janice Eldridge) put my tax case off as soon as we moved off the island. I could not make her do it until 1 year later. As a result I have encountered a $2350 fine from the IRS. Janice doesn't respond calls and emails. When the taxes were finally done, Janice promised the relief letter explaining that her computer system allegedly crashed and resulted in the delay. I cannot even get that letter to show IRS! She ruined my tax record for years and left me responsible with the penalty! Beware, especially if you plan to move out. ...read more
