I recently had the opportunity to work with Mike Connor at Connor Real Estate. He has been in the lynn real estate business for 25 plus years. His advice and knowledge made my home buying experience a pleasure. The house we bought was a short sale and took over 6 months to complete. He kept us informed all during the process and was very careful not to make any promises or guarantees. We wern't sure of the conditon of home so he advised us to hire a home inspector. He explained to us that we were buying a used piece of property and he was a salesman not contractor and couldn't give advice on condtion, repairs etc. We had it inspected, found some problems and he negotiated the corrections so we could complete the purchase.\t\n\t\nLong and short of it is we got a great house for an excellent price with a great mortgage rate of 3.5%.
